Since all products available on our website are digital downloadable templates, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Nature of Products

All products sold on Offline Bharti are digital in nature.
No physical products are shipped.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

2. No Refund Policy (General Rule)

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect product selection by the user
• Lack of understanding of product description
• Failure to check system compatibility
• Delay caused by incorrect email/contact details provided by the user

Users are advised to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment for the same product
• Technical error resulting in unsuccessful transaction but amount debited
• Product not delivered due to verified system failure
• Payment deducted but order not generated

All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

• Mention Order ID
• Provide payment proof
• Explain the issue clearly

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

5. Refund Processing Time

If the refund request is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

Offline Bharti is not responsible for additional bank processing delays.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since products are delivered digitally and instantly after payment confirmation, order cancellation is not possible once the order has been processed.

7. Fraud Prevention

Offline Bharti reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Repeated refund claims
• Violation of Terms & Conditions

Legal action may be taken in cases of misuse.
